food are good, rest is good, everything is just wonderful

my family brought be to Jalan Kayu for prata after my arrival =) woohoo *love*
banana on prata = good *yay*

Furthermore there was bean curd hurhur = always will be my favourite dessert (is just different from Aussie, there was no ginger, which was what I prefer hoho)

Time seems to pass by real fast when one is having fun >_< therefore I am going to enjoy each single moment to the fullest.

Going to meet up with our postdoc later =)

Hope I will be in time to be back to help in muffins-making for tml family christmas party *whee*

Well, I guess I will enjoy my time in s'pore to the fullest hurhur.
I really do need a good recharge *beam* after the whole year of endless experiments at ungodly timing *wink*

Just check-in, going home later to pack luggage and tidy up my room and I am ready to go tomorrow afternoon woohoo.

Christmas Hampers

I love to prepare gifts haha. especially Christmas =). A season to be generous.
2 hampers to prepare: One consists of food and the other random.

Preparing food hamper is not that difficult, but as for the random, is tough >_<

One of the gifts = masks..... was chatting with a fren, a guy the other day.....

Me: Masks for guy, sisi?
Fren: no leh, where got sisi.
Me: Guy uses mask?
Fren: I think so.
Me: you use?
Fren: nope
Me: and then? (giving him the "you dine use still say guy uses mask" look)
Fren (irritated): 我现在就买来用给你看。

haha so I guess mask = gender neutral.

Few more days then it will be home sweet home *wink*

Dinner at Hurtsville was just finger-licking good. no words can describe. their 小龙包and升煎包 are to die for. I am a sucker for these two. This place by far is the best in sydney. haiz but is super inaccessible. so need a car. O_O is a 40mins drive from college. ohh... is simply just worth it =)

The contented ppl as follows.

up till now i still think that we should have ordered another plate of 升煎包. arhhh regretted. when is the next time we get to go? during CNY? Maybe? hurhur

Achacha =)

Just met an old gentleman who produces Achacha fruit (a fruit cultivated in tropical Amazon Basin of Bolivia) and apparently my school food science students are doing some testing on it. He is so nice to give me one to try hurhur. Brighten up my gloomy day. The fruit is shown below.

seriously, is simply just too ultimate fustrating.....
waking up at 5am or 6am to go to lab just to get stuffs done so as to go home next week. but results just don't seem to come out right.... and I can't even seem to know the reason why...
